Novuskills is one of the brands that make up Integra Cloud Technologies Corporation. Our company is part of a conglomerate that, since 1991, has served the information technology and education industry.
In its beginnings, and together with Microsoft, Google, Cisco, and Hewlett Packard, ICT dedicated many resources to infrastructure, consulting, and access related to the Internet, one of the most disruptive concepts that humanity has ever experienced.
Over time, technology has ceased to be a constraint. It has become a catalyst for change that today continues to challenge the educational and business paradigm and lead us into the EdTech industry.
Skills, skills and more skills
The educational paradigm shift redefined the concept of literacy from the ability to read and write to the ability to construct knowledge from the Internet and problem-solving. This change gave rise to Progrentis.
In the business area, the paradigm shift made the hierarchical organization model give way to the business agility model based on multidisciplinary teams of people. This change gave rise to Novuskills.
Both brands, grounded in neuroscience and cloud-based technology, focus on online training of cognitive skills and neuroagility (the ability to learn, process and think with ease). These skills are indispensable for today's students and collaborators.
At this point, Integra Cloud Technologies' methodology has surpassed 20 million hours of successful training.
